Dining Services Manager
When it comes to dining, our residents expect and deserve, an outstanding experience. To achieve that we need a full-time Dining Services Manager with an eagle-eye for details and is highly developed in the culinary field. Of course, the Manager must love being a leader and understands how to create a memorable experience for every guest who dines with us. We need a person with prior experience either in the restaurant or hospitality industry and two years’ experience as a supervisor, to oversee 25 of the best dining team members in Nashville. Director of Sales and Marketing, Health Center
We love working with people who understand the importance of details and organization when it comes to creating awareness about our community. Just as important, is the ability to help prospective residents and their families feel completely at ease with their decision. The Director of Sales and Marketing will need to understand those things as well. This exciting position will be responsible for marketing Woodcrest and The Rehab-to-Home Center to physicians, hospitals, and other customers to maintain optimal occupancy. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

CNAs interact directly with assisted living and skilled nursing residents, monitoring their vital signs, helping with daily living needs, and assisting the RN/LPN. Shifts are 12 hours and both day and night are available.

RN – LPN

We are welcoming full-time Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to our skilled nursing and assisted living teams. We believe in an interdisciplinary approach to treatment, so our RNs/LPNs provide exemplary care to residents while supervising the nursing activities performed by the Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA).

When our residents come to our dining rooms, they enjoy being met by our top-notch wait staff. Our servers often talk about how they love developing on-going relationships with residents and vice-versa. And, unlike many other wait staff jobs, our shifts end at 9 pm.
Our full-time and part-time positions start at $12 per hour.
Line Cook – Prep Cook
One of the most important aspects of our residents’ lives is the dining experience, so finding the right people to prepare the food is vital. If you’d like to be part of a team committed to creating a fine dining atmosphere, then join us as a full-time cook. As a cook, you’ll assist in the preparation of all foods according to an established menu in a prompt manner. You’ll also love being a part of the culinary team.
Our housekeeping team is looking for a full-time, second shift Floor Technician with a friendly smile and positive attitude. As a member of this very fun team, you’ll be responsible for cleaning common area floors throughout our community from 3 pm – 11 pm. You may also perform minor housekeeping and light maintenance as needed. We do ask that you can do heavy lifting.
Blakeford is a thriving senior living community with residents and team members enjoying health and wellness opportunities throughout the year. With so much happening, our Wellness team is in need of a part-time Wellness Assistant. Our Assistant will aid the Wellness Coordinator in facilitating the Resident and Team Member wellness program. There are things we require for you to be a part of our team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or other health-related fields from an accredited four-year college or university
- Relevant experience or training in working with older adults
- CPR/AED/FIRST AID certified
- Professional certification from the American College of Sports Medicine, American Council on Exercise, or similar organization
