Van Cluck

Chief Executive Officer

Van Cluck brings more than two decades of experience in long-term care and senior housing to Blakeford. As Chief Executive Officer for Blakeford, Inc., he leads the company’s vision of unparalleled care. Mr. Cluck was previously executive director of Park Manor and Mariner Healthcare.

 

Allison Griffith, LNHA

Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Griffith joined Blakeford as director of human resources before she was promoted to her current position in 2007. Previously, she served as human resource manager for Federal Express in Memphis, Tennessee. She is a licensed nursing home administrator and brings more than 14 years of long term care experience to Blakeford as well as more than 18 years of experience in management with a focus on operations and employee relations.

Al Griffin

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Griffin, a native of Rockwood, Tennessee, has been in the healthcare industry for his entire career. A graduate of Lipscomb University, Al joins our team from Uplands Village in Crossville, Tennessee where he worked for two and half years. Prior to that, he served as Controller at the hospital in Crossville for 17 years.

Holli Passmore

Independent Living Administrator and Director of Life Enrichment and Wellness

Holli Passmore serves as the Administrator of Independent Living Services and Director of Wellness and Life Enrichment. She manages the independent living community and oversees its daily operations. As Director of Wellness and Life Enrichment, she works closely with the community’s Life Enrichment and Wellness team to develop and implement WellLife at Blakeford, which provides Residents the platform to maintain optimum well-being based on the six dimensions of wellness.

Sarah Bishop

Director of Sales and Marketing

Sarah Bishop is the director of sales and marketing at Blakeford at Green Hills where she oversees sales initiatives in the Independent Living and Assisted Living communities. She also manages Blakeford’s marketing team.

Ms. Bishop brings a decade of senior living experience to her role.

Lakecia Harper, LNHA

Health Care Administrator

Lakecia Harper serves as health care administrator for Blakeford where she is responsible for maintaining resident medical records and health information as well as campus-wide staffing.

Ms. Harper’s expertise includes resident and family relations, state and federal regulation compliance, employee recruitment and health information management.

 

Russell Ginder

Executive Director - Blakeford At Home

Russell Ginder joined the Blakeford At Home team as Executive Director in 2016. Mr. Ginder works directly with Blakeford At Home clients and their families ensuring the dignity, independence and safety of each senior customer.

 

Jane Kelley, FACHE

Executive Director, LiveWell By Blakeford

Jane Kelley serves as the Executive Director of LiveWell By Blakeford, a continuing care at home program, unique to Middle Tennessee. Prior to her current post she was the Vice President of Blakeford At Home, Blakeford’s first home and community based service. Ms. Kelley has been responsible for the development and successful launch of both of these programs, from concept forward during her tenure at Blakeford.
