Scheduling Coordinator / Office Manager

We are currently accepting applications for a full time Scheduling Coordinator and office manager. You must be able to work weekends when required. This position is responsible for planning and coordinating staffing needs and providing administrative support as needed. Duties will include:

  • Plan and coordinate weekly caregiver staff schedule with staff and clients.
  • Prepare and distribute all paperwork associated with staff providing services to clients.
  • Participate in on call management system.
  • Provide administrative support to staff in office including answering phone and file management.

The right candidate for this position will have at least two years experience with scheduling, have excellent computer, communication, and time management skills. This is a very detail-oriented job and you must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment. The ability to multi-task is a must.
